New update does not work....Does Hyatt even care? Case study in how NOT to leverage tech/mobile (and frustrate your customer base). Person responsible for this app should look for a new line of work...

Used to be able to view reservations. Havent been able to see anything in weeks. App had minimal functionality at best - now completely useless. Unfortunate, since now I have to call Hyatt and use their resources to check on reservations versus being able to self-serve over the app.
