Easy and good to use, worth having!

You can navigate through your reservations, make new reservations, access your GoldPassport points and much more! No need to carry confirmation papers anymore everything is on your iPhone. Hyatt just made traveling even more easier with this excellent App!

Looks great. But crashes every time I try to make a reservation. Even after hard resets.

This is the most frustrating App I have ever experienced. It never remembers your user name/Gold passport number even after selecting "remember me". It never shows reservations I have upcoming until you specifically add your name, and reservation number. Then you exit the App and it is gone again. Please rework this app. I love the hotel, but this App needs major work.

The user interface is not fully compatible with iOS 7, also under iOS 7.1.2 open "my favorites" will crash the app.

Crash every time when trying to view reservation.

The app is pretty consistent with most of the Hyatts offerings when I comes to technology. It simply doesnt work.

App keeps crashing since last app refresh to fix crashes! Great hotel chain sadly plagued by IT issues all the way down to the website.

The app is easy to use and works great but for logging in, having TouchID for security and ease would be great! Hope this gets added at some point, seeing how other hotel chains have this.

The latest version wont let me login to Hyatt passport. Plus the app support link goes to a page WITHOUT any methods to actually contact Hyatt about the app. Really poor implementation.

Login is broken...

Sign in function does nor work in iPad. Previous version works properly.

Shows only pics. No chance to interact or insert words. Very disappointing!

After the latest updated the app simply stopped to work, on both iphone and ipad, regardless the iOS release I have in my devices. It was working perfectly before. Please fix it. Thanks

Cant login into this app. My upcoming reservation is listed, but it shows me as a guest. Very frustrating.

I have tons of Hyatt points and when it works using the app to reserve a room is a breeze. Now its saying "undefined" when I try to view the price in points. Please correct this as soon as you can.

What a useless app. Cant even log in. Just hangs.

Constantly tells me Im not connected to the internet when it can load data from the internet just fine. Prompts me that I have to enable access to contacts whenever I view a screen with an action for saving contacts, not just when I tap that link. The result is that every time I review a reservation or hotel screen, I get a prompt I have to dismiss. Its like no one tested someone not enabling access to contacts. Generally ok, but the above error prompts make using the app slow and frustrating.
