Love the hotel, hate the App

This is the most frustrating App I have ever experienced. It never remembers your user name/Gold passport number even after selecting "remember me". It never shows reservations I have upcoming until you specifically add your name, and reservation number. Then you exit the App and it is gone again.
Please rework this app. I love the hotel, but this App needs major work.
