Waste of time wont let you register ... Wait I think it doesnt work because everyone is assigned a membership number so you cant reregister a user name without it.

Not working. Cannot select arrival and departure dates. Mind boggling. Any smart kid today can write an app .. but not Grand Hyatt

Does anyone from Hyatt or its app developer ever Test their own apps? I can no longer Sign In to my account on the App. It just whirls away at the Sign In, but never progresses. Dumb!

I just updated the app and now I cant even sign in. I changed my password to make I wasnt the problem. This did not fix the issue as I am able to log in on the website but not the app. Great job at taking something that worked ok and making it completely useless.

New version of the application logs you off all the time. You have to sign on again and again, which is very annoying.

New update killed app. Used to work occasionally. Now not at all. After logging in, app crashes when you try to navigate and actually do anything. Every time. Waste of space on my phone.

Tried to sign up for rewards program and it just keeps saying validation error occurred. Worthless!

Come on, Hyatt, wake up. How can you botch an app!?! I cannot log in. App crashes!!! Unresponsive and all after another update. Fire whomever you hired to create this sad app. Amazing from a global hotelier.

This has never worked for me. I have now tried to book 2 separate reservations a week apart using the app and it failed both times. First time, it took me all the way to the confirmation screen and failed. Today, it says I had no internet connection to sign in but will let me continue as a guest anyway which, of course, requires an Internet connection. Its crazy Hyatt does not have an app for gold members to book rooms from. Very disappointed as I hate calling the reservation line and waiting on hold and the going through the painful name and credit card process.

Although I can sign in and use the webpage, the app will not sign in at all. Theres no response when you try. The buttons generally bring up different pages than they should. Theres also no button to call for help. In general the app is a mess

It will not allow me to log in! Never had issues before...it was a decent app...not anymore!

I liked this app and used it daily for business travel. This new version will not let me log in. I enter my username and password and get " no connectivity " message

I am thinking about uninstalling this app. Its terrible. I have to log in constantly.

I try to login and nothing happens. Sometimes complain that there is no internet connection. But the app will let me do things as a guest. This does not make sense.

Plagued with sign on issues. Add to Wallet does not work.
