I would be glad to work with the developer on this. The app constantly signs you out and has some annoying bugs. It needs to be more polished. The time is now as Marriott and Starwood merging will mean the Marriott app will likely benefit. If this app strengthens then Hyatt can begin to pull value from other members top tier clients like myself (Starwood and Marriott top tier member moving to Hyatt).
Pls fix it.
Why do I have to type username and password every time I open the app?
This app is really outdated. Not just the feature, sometimes it just froze. Really hope hyatt can make a decent app compare to other hotel chain.
I tried to retrieve a reservation and I continue to receive error messages. Will use my e-mail confirm. Waste of space on iPhone.
App barely works. You get errors constantly. Why bother?
There is a button to sign in but it doesnt do anything. No point to this app if I cant log into my account, see my reservations/points, or associate new reservations with my account. Fail.
If the app doesnt keep you logged in, whats the point?
App wont open. Keeps saying it couldnt connect to the Internet. Ive tried it on cellular and Wi-Fi...nothing. Very disappointing.
The app was working just fine. Then suddenly it wont allow me to log into my account or make reservations, which totally defeats its purpose.
Used to be able to login with previous versions. This version does not work at all.
Dont bother to download. This app is broke. It fails to log in claiming it cant connect to the Internet. Yet the other Internet features work, like searching for a hotel.
First attempt, couldnt get the login link to open the login page. After shutting down the app and starting over, I made it to the login screen. However, twice after entering my account number and password, is showed it was processing for about a second and then nothing. Thinking I might have mistaken my password, I went to the Hyatt web site and was immediately able to log in. Back to the app, and had the same issue. Im a diamond member with Hyatt, enjoy their hotels, but will be a while before I try their app again. Wasted too much time on it already.
The link to login to the rewards program doesnt work. If you have an iPhone, youd be better off using Safari and bookmarking the website to your home screen.
So apparently the app no longer properly stores you login credentials, even if you tick the box to tell it to. Also still doesnt support Touch ID like Hilton and SPG do.
I just wanted to book a room and it keeps saying I have to complete all the required information with an asterisk. Really??? Ive only completed every field 15 times and hit pay and submit all to be kicked back to the beginning with the same error message. First time using this app and it was a complete fail!
New update does not work....Does Hyatt even care? Case study in how NOT to leverage tech/mobile (and frustrate your customer base). Person responsible for this app should look for a new line of work... Older Version: pre update: Used to be able to view reservations. Havent been able to see anything in weeks. App had minimal functionality at best - now completely useless. Unfortunate, since now I have to call Hyatt and use their resources to check on reservations versus being able to self-serve over the app.

This app by itself is great so far! But compared to the massive POS that preceded it, this app is truly phenomenal! Way to finally step up your game Hyatt.
